We hire at different levels and for varied profiles. Given below is the list of positions in the various job profiles/roles:

Research Roles:

For research roles, we need professional certification in one of the financial fields along with more than a decade of experience.
  • Research Team Member: Min 15 years experience as an equity analyst or CA or at least 10 years experience in an advisory role. We prefer candidates with a rich & diverse industry experience.
  • Research Analyst: Min 10 years experience as an equity analyst or 7 years in an advisory role.

Advisory Roles:

For advisory roles, Some essential pre-requisites include either an MBA in finance or NCFM certification. Chartered accountants may also apply for advisory roles.
  • Senior Manager: Min 10 years experience in financial services or 7 years in an advisory role.
  • Manager: At least 5 years of experience in financial services or advisory roles.
  • Wealth Counsellor: Min 2 years experience in financial services is a must. Even graduates with some professional certification may apply for this role.

Client Servicing Roles:

  • Atleast 8 years of customer service experience, with customer handling and operations experience.
  • Similar profile as the manger, but having 5+ years of work experience in customer service.
  • Atleast 2 years of customer care, either telephonic or field customer service.

There are certain other openings from time to time, and you may also contact us for the same. Graduates (full time) or post graduates (part-time) may also apply for other support roles such as MIS, accounting, back office operations.

Final selection may depend on the openings at that point of time and our review and selection process.
